Ingredients
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup honey
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 3-3-1/2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish, add roast. Cover and chill 8 hours, turning roast occasionally. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 160 degrees.
