Ingredients
- 1 cup lt corn syrup
- 1 cup shortening
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp clear vanilla
- 2 # confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1-In bowl of stand mixer, combine syrup, shortening, salt and vanilla. Mix well.
2-Gradually add 10x sugar.
3-Switch to dough hook.
4-Continue to add sugar, finish working in sugar by dumping fondant onto work surface and knead.
5-Add color to finished fondant.
