Ingredients
- 3 avocados (preferable Hass), pitted, peeled, and chopped
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Step 1
In a bowl, mash together avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate, covered tightly with plastic wrap for 1 hour for best flavor.
