The perfect year round or holiday dessert, this colorful Italian Cream Christmas treat features bananas, grapes, Maraschino cherries and walnuts. Yes please, I'll have another!

Ingredients
- 2 firm bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups seedless green grapes, sliced
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 cup Maraschino cherries, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon peel, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Coat a mold or Bundt pan with cooking spray; pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, let stand at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes.
