Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbls flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 ozs white american cheese
- 2 cups macaroni
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to directions on box.In medium saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour until smooth. med low heat.
stiir in milk and bring to a simmer, add salt. melt in cheese. Put macaroni in oven proof dish, pour cheese sauce over macaroni and cover. cook for 10 mintues in oven @350 *
