Robin's Mexican Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cans DelMonte Fiesta Corn or 6 cans Green Giant Mexicorn
- 3 green onions - sliced
- 1 small can sliced black olives - coarsely chopped
- 4 - 6 Tbsp chopped jalapenos
- Sharp cheddar cheese - finely grated
- Hellman's mayonnaise
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups crushed Fritos

Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly drain corn and olives
Mixx all ingredients, except Fritos, together with enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together - start with about 2 Tbsp
Cover - Chill for 2-4 hours
Just before serving, add crushed Fritos and toss.
