Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- Squeeze of Lemon
- Ritz crackers
- 2 head broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Steam broccoli just until tender (al-dente)
2. Drain broccoli and arrange in bottom of baking dish.
3. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients except crackers. Cover broccoli with soup mixture.
4. Top with crushed crackers to cover. Drizzle with butter
Butter 9x13 pan
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350°F.
