Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pineapple chunks or crushed (med)
  • 2 cans Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 packages Pistachio Pudding (instant)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 6 oz Cool Whip (thawed, extra creamy)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Miniature Marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Drain fruit, reserve the juices (1 1/2 cups)
Pour juice in a bowl and add pudding mixes. Stir in sour cream. Fold in Cool Whip. Add fruit, nuts and marshmallows. Chill. When ready to serve, top with nuts.
