Blender Carrot Soup

Ingredients

  • Optional:
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, cut in quarters
  • 1 granny smith apple, quartered
  • 6 carrots
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • ginger, to taste
  • cinnamon, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in commercial blender (like a VitaMix) with lid on and blend on high for 8 minutes.

Can also be served cold, just blend until smooth and serve.
