Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix rice, soups and water in a bowl and pour into 9x13 pan. Trim fat off pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay pork chops on top of rice mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes and then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for one hour.
