Italian dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (white balsamic)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled (or pesto)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • dizzle agave nectar - less than 1 t

Preparation

Step 1

Chop garlic in mini-processor. Add salt, white pepper, parsley, and lemon vinegar and whirl some more.

Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake to blend. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
