Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (white balsamic)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled (or pesto)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- dizzle agave nectar - less than 1 t
Preparation
Step 1
Chop garlic in mini-processor. Add salt, white pepper, parsley, and lemon vinegar and whirl some more.
Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake to blend. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
