Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 cups of Rice Krispies
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

Step 1

Cream the sugars, oil, and butter. Beat in egg and the vanilla. Sift dry ingredients (flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar). Slowly add to creamed mixture. Fold in oatmeal, rice Krispies, pecans, and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a pan sprayed with vegetable coating spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Remove and cool.
