Ingredients

  • Large Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Corn Starch
  • Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the potatoes until tender.
Add salt and pepper
Add a corn starch slurry and bring to boil until thickens



Cornstarch Slurry: Cornstarch and water
