I very easy side dish my mom started making when I was younger.
You can make as little or as much as you want.
- Large Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Corn Starch
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook the potatoes until tender.
Add salt and pepper
Add a corn starch slurry and bring to boil until thickens
Cornstarch Slurry: Cornstarch and water
