Spiced Apple Cider

Use for Falkins Light up the Tree night.

Ingredients

• 10 litres apple juice
• 40 whole cloves
• 20-1 inch pieces of cinnamon
• rind of three oranges

Preparation

Step 1

Put cloves, cinnamon & orange rind in a cheescloth bag and hang into pot.

Add apple juice, covera and heat over medium heat just until boiling.

Keep on low.
