Ingredients
- 1 cup cream
- 1 1/2 lb white chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened or sweetened coconut
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- Toasted almonds, optional
- 1 lb. chocolate to coat, dark, milk, or white
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the cream in a double boiler. Add the chocolate and stir till melted. Add the coconut and extract and stir . Now refrigerate this till rolling consistency. This may take overnight. Roll out a ball and set an almond, if using, in the middle. Now roll this in chocolate of choice. Let it chill to set.
