- 2 pkgs. (4 pie crusts) rolled pie crust sheets
- 1 pkg. (8 ozs.) cream cheese
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage roll
- 1 egg

Step 1
Separate egge white and yoke. Use biscuit cutter or similar circle size to cut circles out of pie crusts. Spread small amount of cream cheese on cut dough. Use melon baller to put small amount of sausage on topof cream cheese. Use egg white on edges to seal dough edges. Use fork tine to seal edges. Place on spray cookie sheet or use parchment. Brush tops with egg yoke and bake 14 mins.
