coffee cake ***

this is quick and easy cake to make for any occasion. the batter can also be divided into muffins for easy to travel treats

Ingredients

• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 can comstock fruit filling
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp crisco oil
• crumbs;
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients by hand until moistened. pour into greased 13 x 9 2 pan. sprinkle with 1 recipe of crumbs. bake at 350 for 45 minutes. You can also add fresh fruit to complement the filling.

combine all ingredients and mix as you do pie crust. When thoroughly mixed, take two handfuls of the mixture and squeeze in your hand. With your thumbs, pinch off the dough to top any of your favorite "placek" dough, pies, or muffins.
