Ingredients
- 1 Qt. Diced Potatoes
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 1 Rib Celery
- 6 Slices Bacon, diced
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs, diced
- 3 Cups Mil
- 4 Tbs. Margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon; add diced potatoes, onions celery and seasonings. When soft, add milk and margarine. Add hard boiled eggs. Heat and serve with crackers. Note: Do not drain potatoes, mix before adding milk.
