Peanut Butter Pretzel Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 bags (11 Oz. Bag) White Chocolate Morsels (good Quality)
  • 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate (good Quality)
  • 80 whole Mini-pretzel Twist

Preparation

Step 1

Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together until creamy. I do this in the microwave. Starting at one minute, stir, add 30-second intervals of heating, then continue stirring until smooth.

Spread on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

Melt milk chocolate and drizzle over the white chocolate. Using a knife, you pull the chocolate so that the two blend together.

Immediately press in the pretzel twists. Allow to cool and set. Cut into squares. Eat and enjoy!
