Ingredients
- 3 large Idaho potatoes
- 1/4 (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 onion, diced
- salt and pepper
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them with 2 tablespoons of the butter. Add the cottage cheese, onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture gently, then put it in a greased casserole. Dot with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
