Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- mustard
- provolone cheese
- Swiss cheese
- Basil
- tomatoes
- Brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Bake pie crust according to package directions.
Spread crust with a thin layer of mustard. Top with a layer of provolone cheese, swiss cheese, basil and thick sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle Brown sugar over top of tomatoes.
Bake in 425 oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts and tomatoes are hot.
