watergate salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg(4 serving size each) pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 can(20ozeach) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups(8oz tub) thawed cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended. gently stir in whipped topping, cover.

refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. garnish with additional cool whip and chopped pecans, if desired.

makes `16 servings, 1/2 cup each.
