garlic and herb oven fried chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 pkg. dry garlic-herb salad dressing mix
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 T butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 400. combine bread crums, parsley and salad dressing mix. mix well. place buttermilk in shallow bow. dip chicken in buttermilk, then coat with crumbs. place chicken in 9x13 pan and drizzle butter on top. bake 20-25 min.
