Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 1 med onion
- 1 lb. round steak cut in 1" cubes
- 5-6 large carrots
- 1-10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
- 3 stalks celery
- 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1-10 1/2 oz. can golden mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 / t thyme
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In Dutch oven on med-high, heat oil, add beef, cook until brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bing to a boil.. reduce het and simmer partially covered for 1-1 1/2 hours.
