Four Ingredient Cake

More quick, few ingredient concoctions. I haven't tried it, don't blame me if it doesn't turn out delicious!

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 6 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 4 oz = 1/2 cup applesauce (1 container)
- Pam cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Spray cake pan with PAM and preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat egg yolks with applesauce and flour.
Add ground lemon peel and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl beat egg whites till stiff
Fold in egg yolk mixture to egg whites, and transfer to cake pan.
Bake in oven until toothpick comes out clean and let cool.
