Peanut Butter Cake Icing

Very good! This makes enough to go between 3 cake layers. (more is too peanuty!)

Ingredients

• 1/2 C Smooth Peanut Butter
• 1 Stick Softened Butter
• 1/4 Block Softened Cream Cheese
• 2 C Powdered Sugar
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• Pinch of Salt
• Milk to thin (1/8 cup . . . I maybe used 2 Tbs)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter, cream cheese and peanut butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar slowly and milk...don't let it get too loose.
