Ingredients
- 3 - 15ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 - 14.5 ounce can whole corn, drained
- 2 - 14.5 cans petite diced tomatoes with green chilies drained (I used one big can)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl combine all ingredients, stir to combine. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight
to blend flavors. Serve with chips or crackers.
