Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 orange, halved and seeded
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Put cranberries, apple, raisins and 1/2 orange, including peel, through grinder. Add juice only from second 1/2 orange.
Stir in sugar and walnuts. Let stand stirring every few minutes to dissolve sugar.
