Tabouleh

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bulgar
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 t garlic
  • 2 T green onion tops
  • 1 T snipped parsley
  • Grated carrot
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t crushed fresh mint
  • Tomato - cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Bulgar and hot water together. Soak for 2 hours; drain.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Mix into Bulgar. Top with tomato just before serving.
