Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp.soft butter
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Beat all with mixer until full of bubbles(3 to 5 minutes). Put pastry in muffin tins.Sprinkle 1/2 cup of raisins evenly in tart shells.Add the batter.
Bake at 400* on middle rack for 14 to 16 minutes until brown.
