Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 green peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ground chuck and onion and cook until meat is done.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix tomatoes, water, rice and worcestershire sauce . cook until rice is tender (about 15 minutes). Stir in 1 cup grated cheese and stuff prepared peppers.

Stand peppers up in a baking dish and bake 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
