Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. kale, stems removed and leaves washed and torn into large pieces (4 cups)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Put kale into a large mixing bowl, and drizzle with oil Toss until evenly coated, then sprinkle with chili powder and salt, and toss again. Spread kale onto a baking sheet.
Roast for 5 minutes, then stir kale and continue roasting until the edges become brown and a little crispy, 5-8 minutes move. Sere immediately.
