Ingredients

  • THIS RECIPE USES AN AUTOMATIC ICE CREAM MACHINE
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 t Mint Extract
  • 1/2 t Vanilla Extract
  • 6 oz Chocolate Chips
  • 1 T Vodka

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything except chocolate chips into a bowl. Pour into the ice cream maker. Turn on. Allow to churn for approximately 15-20 minutes. Add chocolate chips about 5 minutes before completion. Remove from ice cream maker and freeze for at least 2 hours covering surface with plastic wrap.
