  • 1 pound boneless chicken breats, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes(about 4 cups)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jar(27.7oz) ragu old world style pasta sauce
  • 1 pound fresh or frozen cut green beans
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

In a 12 inch skillet, saute chicken and garlic in olive oil until chicken is lightly browned. Add potatoes and peppers, continue to cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sauce, basil, green beans, salt and pepper, bring to boil. reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer for 35 minutes or until chicken in thoroughly cooked and potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.

cooking time;40 minutes. serves 6
