Greek Broccoli Salad

  • 3 broccoli bunches, chopped 3
  • 125 ml red onion, sliced 1/2 cup
  • 175 ml calamari olives 3/4 cup
  • 125 ml feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup
  • 50 ml red pepper,sliced 1/4 cup
  • oregano to taste -
  • 125 ml olive oil 1/2 cup
  • 50 ml red wine vinegar 1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1


Cook broccoli a la dente; drain and arrange in bowl. Arrange onion and peppers on top of broccoli. Add olives and feta cheese.
Mix oil, vinegar and oregano. Shake salad dressing together and pour on top of broccoli salad. Great served warm or can be refrigerated overnight.
