Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 2-3 T roasted garlic
- 1/2 t gourmet salt
- 1/4 t hot sauce
- 12 oz cream cheese, cut up
- crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach according to package. In colander drain spinach, pressing with back of spoon to remove excess moisture.
In medium saucepan stir together milk, oil, garlic, salt and pepper sauce. Cook & stir over low heat until warm, gradually add cream cheese, stir until melted. Stir in spinach. Heat thru.
Serve warm or chilled with crackers
