Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites, room temp.
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and beat for 7+ minutes. If it is too thick, add a little water at a time. Put in piping bags. This frosting dries fast, so keep from air as much as possible.
