Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (.8 oz) sugar-free Cook & Serve Vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 pkg (.3 oz) sugar-free Lemon gelatin
  • 2-1/3 c water
  • 1/3 c lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz) Reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
  • 1-1/2 c Cool Whip Free

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine pudding mix and gelatin. Add water and lemon juice; stir until smooth. Cook and stir over med heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened.

Remove from the heat; cool slightly. Pour over into crust. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hrs or until set.

Top with Cool Whip.
