Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen hash brown(cubed or shredded)-defrosted
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine-melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion diced fine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes

Step 1

Mix together all of the above ingredients except the cornflakes in a large bowl. transfer the potato mixture to a greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with the cornflake crumbs.

bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until bubbly and browned.
