Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 1/4 cup chopped cranberries

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Grease cookie sheets. In large mixer bowl with mixer at medium speed, cream margarine and sugar. Beat in milk, vanilla, egg and orange peel. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Gradually mix into creamed mixture just until combined. Carefully fold in nuts and canberries. Drop batter by rounded teaspoons onto the cookie sheet, about 2 inches aprt. Bake for 10-12 min. About 55 calories each
