Grilled Pieogies and Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. kielbasa cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 lg. onion cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 lb. frozn potato-and-cheddar pierogies (do not thaw)
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • olive oil for saute

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet; add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and saute kielbasa till slightly browned on all sides. Remove sausage to plate. In skillet add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and saute pierogies and onions till cooked through turning as needed. Add sausage back to skillet and toss all together and cover with lid on a low heat seating in order to steam and reheat sausage. Divide into 4 servings.
