- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cups Brussel Sprouts (halved)
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1 large pear, diced
- 1 cup cider
- 1/4 t cinnamon

Step 1
Over medium heat, cook the brussel sprouts until brown, flipping once (about 10-15 mins). Add apple and pear and cook until soft (about 5 mins). Add cider and cinnamon; simmer until all the liquid cooks away.
