Ingredients
- 1 . 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 . 1 Tsp minced garlic
- 3 . 1/8 Tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 . 1 bunch Broccolini, trimmed & steamed until crisp-tender
- 5 . 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 6 . 1/2 Tsp lemon zest
- 7 . 1/2 Tsp fresh lemon juice
- 8 . 1/4 Tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes & cook, stirring frequently, until garlic is tender, about 3 minutes.
3. Place Broccolini in a serving dish.
4. Pour oil mixture over prepared Broccolini.
5. Sprinkle with almonds, lemon zest, juice, and salt; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
