Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 large head broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 Med. red onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Fry the bacon until crispy, drain, mop and crumble into tiny bits. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into 1/2 inch chunks. Slice onion to be chopped fine. Mix raisins with all and add sunflower seeds. Toss with dressing below!
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise - your preference, 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tab. vinegar
Mix well and pour over salad
