Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbls Butter
- 1 (20 Oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tsp dried oregano leaves
- 3 cups hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in 12 inch skillet until sizzling, add beef pieces. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned (2 - 3 minutes). Remove from skillet. Place beef in slow cooker. Top with pineapple and bell pepper.
2. Pour BBQ sauce and salad dressing over mixture in slow cooker; sprinkle with oregano. Cover; cook on low heat for 5 to 7 hours, or on high heat setting for 3-4 hours or until meat is tender.
3. To serve, spoon beef mixture over hot cooked rice.
