Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 cups shortening
- 5 Tbls Water
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg, add vinegar and water. Mix flour, salt and shortening. Add egg mixture to flour mixture.
A very tender crust and east to handle. Refrigerate while making filling.
