Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cups shortening
  • 5 Tbls Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg, add vinegar and water. Mix flour, salt and shortening. Add egg mixture to flour mixture.

A very tender crust and east to handle. Refrigerate while making filling.
