Ingredients
- 6 leaves fresh basil
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh oregano
- 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups EVOO
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a 12 oz. bottle and cover tightly and refrigerate any unused portions. Use within 2-3 days.
