Ingredients
- 3 cups half/half
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pre-baked pie shell
- 1 cup (or more) cool whip
- toasted coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Combine half/half, eggs, sugar, flour and salt
Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pie shell and chill 2-4 hours or overnight.
Top with coconut and toasted coconut.
