Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups bittersweet chocolate morsels
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Line 2 baking sheets with wax paper.
2. In the top half of a double boiler over simmering water, combine peanut butter and chocolate morsels. Cook, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating at medium-low speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
4. Spoon chocolate mixture into a large pastry bag fitted with a medium star tip. Pipe 1-inch stars onto prepared baking sheets. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
