Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 Tbls Oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 4 tsp chili powder or to taste
- 1 tsp each, oregano, cumin and salt
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Brown Chicken, add onion and garlic to pot. Saute.
Stir in chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt and tomatoes. Add chicken, bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes. Stir in beans.
